Mixed Media on Organdie and Canvas Unframed - W24cm x H30cm
This original artwork comprises of acrylic inks, gold foils and embroidery embellishments. This piece is made of two layers, the first is canvas which is painted with inks and gold foil, then over laid with white transparent organdie that has painting, stitching and tufting in bright threads plus more gold foil additions. My current work explore the idea of identity and my interest into what is self, and reflect on the stuff of being human that we struggle to understand.
